Barrel #2 gives an aroma of sticky date pudding and delicious butterscotch sauce. Flavour wise you get the port influence with a hint of chocolate, light smoke, caramel and oak.

The spirit has a good kick to it, in all the right ways and lingers on the palette for just the right amount of time, then eases down to warm the chest, making for a very enjoyable dram.
