Black Snake Distillery Joven

Asp Joven is an Australian made ‘paddock to bottle agave spirit’ . We harvest Agave americana plants between 15-20 years of age and roast in a pit for 5-7 days. Fermentation is now in wooden barrels with rainwater and then distilled in copper.

This is a well balanced spirit, with a long finish revealing green pepper, spices and subtle green notes.

We like to sip our Joven neat from our custom made copitas, however Asp Joven works wonderfully in a margarita, Paloma or any cocktail that calls for agave.
